The Integrated Ultrasonic Sensor
The Integrated Ultrasonic Sensor is directly installed on the cable tray right above each
parking space, thus the shielding of the upright is effectively avoided and the installation
effect is more beautiful.
Two-way independent receiving
Two-way independent receiving and sending ultrasonic circuit design is used for the
Integrated Ultrasonic Sensor. It effectively covers the detection zone. Meanwhile, it works
independently with two-way switching and redundant backup.
Various combined judgment modes
Various combined judgment modes are used for the receiving circuit to enhance the
anti-interference and detection stability of the equipment.

Smart Ultrasonic Parking Sensor for Real-Time Bay Detection
The VARITO IUS-200 uses ultrasonic ranging technology to detect whether a parking space is free or occupied. Once the parking status changes, the sensor updates the indicator light and sends parking data to the regional controller through RS485 networking. This makes the IUS-200 suitable for projects that need a reliable parking occupancy sensor for real-time parking space detection.
Unlike traditional split-type parking guidance systems, the IUS-200 integrates the sensor and indicator into one device. This helps simplify installation, reduce visual clutter and create a cleaner, more professional appearance inside the parking facility.


Integrated Sensor and Indicator Light Design
Each IUS-200 unit includes an ultrasonic detector and red/green LED indicator. When a parking bay is available, the indicator can show a clear free-space signal. When a vehicle occupies the bay, the status changes automatically. This visual guidance helps drivers find empty spaces faster without circling through every lane.
The sensor is installed directly above the parking line or bay area. This overhead position helps the device detect vehicle presence accurately while keeping the installation neat and organized.
